IRehab

iRehab is a rehabilitation centre that specializes in stroke and neurology rehabilitation services.

OPERATION HOURS:
Mondays - Fridays: 9am - 6pm
Saturdays : 9am - 4pm

We have both inpatient and out-patient services. Our inpatient facility consist of:

Our in-patient care services at iHOME includes
- Post surgical patients
- Post stroke patients and require long-term care
- Patients with frequent falls and require 24hrs care
- Patients undergoing dialysis and require day to day assist and transportation
- Patients with tracheostomy and tube feeding that requires frequent care
- Palliative Care patients

Our Customer Feedback 🌟

We’re truly grateful to receive such encouraging feedback from Mr. C, who has been on his recovery journey with us since May 2025 following a motor vehicle accident (MVA).

Daily routine for in-patients.

Checking vital signs 4x per day. Updates on daily task to the management on patients condition. If need to be monitored frequently or need to be addressed by Dr immediately were informed.

Patient safety is our utmost priority.

We are fully booked right now for our in-patient services. However, you can make bookings for end of August admission once our renovation complete.
