Here’s the summary for Case 2!

Radiographic Findings:
Caudodorsal, bilateral, relatively symmetrical (worse in the right side) marked interstitial to alveolar lung pattern. Predominant central distribution with relative sparing of the periphery of the caudal lung lobes.

Differentials:
Considering the signalment and peracute history, non-cardiogenic pulmonary oedema was considered most likely

Outcome:
Patient responded to supportive care and O2 supplementation. Was discharged 48 hours later after resolution of the clinical signs
