Many people use heat on a fresh injury.
That can actually make swelling worse.

❄️ Use ICE for:

🔵 Swelling
🔵 New injuries
🔵 Sprains or strains
🔵 Pain after activity

10–15 minutes, always with a cloth between the ice and skin.

🔥 Use HEAT for:

🔵 Muscle tightness
🔵 Stiff joints
