Most people know posture matters.
They’ve heard it. They’ve been told. They even correct themselves… briefly.
And then life happens.
We sit longer than we realise.
We scroll more than we intend to.
We adjust our posture for a few seconds, then fall right back into old habits.
Posture usually doesn’t demand attention right away.
It just quietly influences how your neck, back, shoulders, and body feel over time.
That’s why an occasional posture check matters.
Not to be perfect, but to be aware.
