We went to the branch in USJ and the salesperson (sorry, I didn't get her name) was very nice and pleasant. Explained very patiently and politely. We bought some items and left. Subsequently, a couple of days later, we wanted to get more things and this time we could not go to the shop physically. Decided to whatsapp iElder and they fulfilled my requests without any hesitation and even arranged for Lalamove when I requested them to do so. So grateful for their assistance at times of need. Keep up the good service.
