I used to be pretty lazy and led a very unhealthy lifestyle.

I was busy attending parties, eating unhealthy food and never realised how it was all taking a toll on my health.

In 2019 my weight was 107 kg.

Gradually, I began to worry. My clothes wouldn't fit me. My wife struggled to shop the right t-shirt.

On New Year's eve I promised myself to sincerely work on my body and try to lose some weight.

From September 1, 2021, I stopped eating carbs in the evening. I began starting to take Zenso and my meal with boiled vegetables/soup.

I tried this for a month and lost a 4kg; It is very significant.

I realised that it was amazing that slowly became lighter and tummy became smaller🀩

That is why im so thankful to Miss Michelle for fully follow up in every week on me. Whether if i follow in my right way 😍 It took me just in a month for losing weight in 82kg! Such an amazing! I would really recommend this for my friends as well
