A Yoga Wheel-Assisted Side Bend/Backbend Pose Combination
This is a partner-based practice that emphasizes both flexibility and coordination.

Spine and Lower Back: Enhances flexibility and spinal extension.

Hips and Legs: Opens the hip joints and stretches the inner thighs.

Ribcage and Shoulders: Deeply stretches the chest and shoulder girdle, improving lung capacity.

Mind-Body Connection: Promotes a sense of cooperation, and improves physical coordination and balance.
