A Night to Remember ,RED GYM's involvement in another Charity Work.

Today, Saturday 20th December 2025

With the support of some Gym Members,we have rest assured all the beautiful kids of Persatuan Sinar Cahaya Anak Anak Yatim/ Vincent Divine Childrens Home that their wish of getting a Van to replace their 20 over years old van is possible.
Now we are 1 Step close in achieving this wish.

Congratulations to the host State Pahang and MBBF to be able to organise this Prestigious Bodybuilding & Physique Competition. You guys did well and it was a smooth and well excuted game.
And also a big Thank you to invite me to be on the Judges Panel.

Comeback Stronger Next Year.

I would also like to take this opportunity to Congratulate Abdul Karim to being Elected as the New President of MBBF for the New Term from 2025 to 2028.

It's a wrap, another bodybuilding & Sports Athletic Competition organised by DAILY BEKAL in Mid Valley Exhibition Centre, KL.

It was great to see so many athletes participating in the event, which was giving out a whopping RM100,000.00 in total prize money.

To those who made to the final and finishing on the top 10 ,congratulations.

To those who didn't make it,plan your category well and prepare accordingly, and come back stronger with a better package.

Every category has its known criteria for we as a judge to decide on giving marks bawed on your body condition .

A huge shoutout to for organising such a big event which attracted over Athletes.

Thank you to for giving me the opportunity to be one of the panel of judges.

Effective 1st June 2025, When other Gyms are pushing up their Walk In & Monthly Fees , We at RED GYM, the only Gym in Taiping with LADIES SECTION are lowering our monthly fee from RM110.00 to RM80.00 for all our existing members and future female members.

Being a member ,you're entitled to unlimited entry per day, unlike the Day Walk In Member .

Ladies Section is complete for your workout ( Cardio,Free Weight & and strength Training) needs. However, you're also allowed to explore other areas in the gym if you wish to do so.

So, we have .ade affordable, In fact the Biggest Gym in Taiping with the Lowest Monthly Fee Effective 1st June 2025.
