Since the ancient Malaccan sultanate, traders from different regions of the world have come to barter their goods in Malacca. This recipe is a combination of recipe form all over the world. The English men brought almonds, sunflower seeds was gathered from China, and the sesame seeds from the Arabians while the tasty honey that binds the whole recipe is from our very own Malayan rainforest. Every kingdom has contributed to the birth of this extremely delicious recipe.
