This is a case of a young guy in his 20's came with on&off backache more to flank region.. kerap sangat sakit pinggang ni..
hmm.. okay, jom scan..
WHATTTT!! It's a swollen kidney(hydronephrosis)..
Luckily his blood result(kidney function) was still in the normal range..
And finally he did the surgery to remove that amount of stones...
Memang banyak jugak pun kes batu karang.
