Lens vacuoles is detected from a 60 yr old lady's right eye. Lens vacuoles is early sign of cataract, some patient might c/o blur vision, glare and halos around light at night even though the RX has been corrected.

Sign of Iris bombe also has been detected at the same times during ocular health assessment. Iris bombe might lead to synechiae, or disturb the aqueous humor flow and induce high IOP.

Regular ocular health check up is needed to monitor the progression of the lens vacuoles and the iris.
