▪️Training What is a Systemic Constellation? Why can't we achieve this state of mind so easily?

Every human being deserves to live a fulfilled life, optimally utilizing and applying their talents and skills. With this in mind, I inspire my clients to discover their inner resources, encourage them to unlock their talents, equip them with new skills, all of which will enable them to experience a life full of abundance - spiritually, emotionally and professionally. To achieve this, I am offering one-on-one counselling, I facilitate seminars, transfer my skills according to the individual needs and conduct advanced training in Namibia, South Africa and on virtual platforms. Feeling in harmony with ourselves and our social network is an ideal, which many of us dream of. Simply because we all belong to different systems and in each system we find ourselves in a different space. Taking up our place will let us feel more complete and balanced. Why, in many circumstances do we feel out of place? It could be, that we are carrying an unresolved matter with a deep rooted sense of love from generations before us. Or we could represent a member, which had been excluded by members of our system. We all have a right to belong. In relationships we exercise the order of exchange. When this exchange is in balance, we find it pleasing. If, however, one party gives more than the other party is able to return, an imbalanced situation will cause friction. The effects of war atrocities, large scale displacements, changes of regimes and their effects on societies, influence not only the contemporary generations, but also their descendants. All these areas of conflict can be set up in a constellation. We choose representatives who stand in for the field of conflict. The constellation facilitator is trained to uncover the hidden symmetry, if the system allows her to do so. By simply acknowledging the situation as it is, whilst observing from the periphery the unfolding process of a constellation, we might find unexpected perspectives, which may lead us to healing solutions. Solution orientated perspectives may unleash hope in us, which more likely may reflect in a brighter outlook towards life. Thus healing may find its soothing way into the system we belong to. We might find it easier to take our place, become more aware and thus more careful in the process of mutual exchange situations with others and ultimately be able to honour those who have earned seniority prior to us. The need to exclude others from our system will ultimately transform into a healing connectedness with all members who have a right to belong to our system. How does a Constellation work ? The facilitator invites the client to focus on the topic he/she wants to work on. The issues at hand can be addressed within a group of people in the context of a workshop or in a one-to-one consultation in person or via phone or skype. The facilitator will clarify with the client on the most important influencing factors. The client will then set up a representative for him / herself and for the other identified factors. The client will be requested to withdraw from the setting and watch the unfolding process. By watching the dynamics from the outside or periphery, the client will be able to distance him / herself from the internal pattern, thus gaining new insights. What good can new insights bring ? New insights will bring forth new perspectives to the client. They might unfold unknown family history or bring the client to peace with a situation. Deeper insights create new perspectives, lead to new questions, re-connect him/her to his/her own resources. "In the middle of every difficulty lies opportunity" by Albert Einstein

Some of you might have noticed my silence during the past four years.
I had taken up a full-time Change Consulting contract. I am still in that position.
During these years, I underwent intensive systemic training, online and face-to-face, which has enriched my life manifold.
However, my clients and my heart are calling for workshops again.
