Dr. Athol McLean, 71 years of age, in full time practice for 40 years (6 years in the Cape, South Africa) He specializes in what he describes as Chiropractic Ergonomics, teaching Ergonomics and good posture and proper and useful rehabilitation exercises for low back and neck problems and the entire body. He also has long standing experience with sport injuries, work related injuries and trauma. In the practice he also stocks and supplies excellent ergonomic chairs, ergonomic accessories to adapt to their work in the best possible way. The practice also supplies a very good back support cushions. He is registered with All medical aids in Namibia. Our main aim with all our treatments is to assist you with an overall physical and mental well being. We whether your concerns are Spinal alignment or stiff muscles and joints or acne and pre-mature ageing, we will help you find the solution. We offer Sports and Swedish Massage, Lymph, Hot stones Massage as well as Reflexology in our body range. Lymph Swedish full body massages are ranging from 30 minutes to 90 minutes long, ensuring proper time expenditure on all areas. We have shower facilities should it be required. Our facial treatments are therapeutic. We use the RegimA Skin Care range, which is a cosmeceutical. It targets the skin from the deeper layers and is completely natural.
