✨ Congratulations to our winner: Callie Van Loggenberg

Callie captured the essence of the campaign by showing how men move in their everyday lives: through exercise, family time, being in nature, and even at work. A powerful reminder that movement comes in many forms.

Choosing a winner wasn’t easy — and that’s exactly why it took us a few extra days. 🙏

We received so many creative, meaningful, and heartfelt entries. Each one showed courage, effort, and a commitment to raising awareness. We truly wished we could’ve picked more than one!

But to honour fairness and stay true to our competition rules, our judging panel scored every entry strictly according to the criteria, including creativity, effort, and how well the challenge message was brought to life.

This November is all about Men’s Health. Let’s get moving for ourselves, our families and each other.

Men’s Health Month reminds us that taking care of our well-being is not a sign of weakness. It's a sign of strength. Too many men delay check-ups, ignore warning signs or stay silent about their health. This month, we are changing that.

We are encouraging men across Namibia to get active, get checked and get talking. Movement is more than exercise: it is a commitment to your health and your future.

Welwitschia Hospital Manager, Stephan Nel, along with Ali Visagie, Matthias Braune and Gareth Smith, have joined the ERAD Radiology challenge to inspire others to do the same. 🏃‍♂

💪 Whether you run, lift, cycle, surf or dance, every move is a step towards better health.

To keep the momentum going, ERAD Radiology is offering a fun incentive:
