Namibia Association of Medical Laboratory Science

Namibia Association of Medical Laboratory Science NAMLS is the official national association for medical laboratory professionals. The association has over 95 members in Namibia.

The Namibia Association of Medical laboratory Science (NAMLS) is the national professional society for Namibia's medical laboratory professionals. The association was incorporated in 1990 as the Association of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Namibia and subsequently renamed to NAMLS in 2012. NAMLS aims to provide leadership in the clinical laboratory industry supporting laboratory professionals at any stage of their career. NAMLS plays a leadership role in enhancing the image and increasing the visibility of the laboratory medicine profession. Our members practice in government medical laboratories, private laboratories, blood transfusion laboratories, and research and educational institutions.
