A little over-due introduction 👋

Hi everyone ! I’m Daniela - the new owner of The Yoga Shala.

How did I get here? Good question.

I’m just an average woman and mother, who was on the lookout for a bit of a change in lifestyle. I left the corporate and manufacturing world to try out this magical world of yoga 💫 🙏

Many people said I’m crazy, and I most probably am. But all the best women out there are, isn’t it? 😉

My goal is to maintain the safe space The Yoga Shala has provided for all these years and to build an even bigger home for this amazing community.

This Valentine’s Day, step out of the ordinary and into the sacred with me. Join us for an intimate evening designed for couples or Friends who long to reconnect, slow down and explore eros, while rediscovering each other beyond the physical existence. Our first Ta***ic Temple Night for the year is a gentle, playful and deeply nourishing play date into presence, pleasure and heart-centered intimacy.

In a candle-lit, safely held space, we will explore the art of conscious connecting through 🤲🏾✨️

• Sacred Breath
• Mindful Touch
• Ta***ic intimacy practices
• Cacao ceremony
• Movement and free dance
• Sound, humming and gentle expression
• Guided rituals to awaken Eros

The evening begins with each person arriving back into themselves – grounding, breathing, feeling. From there we open into connection with the circle, and finally into deeper attunement with our partners.

This is a permission space where you and your beloved can explore softness, playfulness, desire and devotion in a respectful, held environment.

Totality Ta**ra invites us to embrace the fullness of who we are – body, heart and spirit. It is the path of saying YES to life in all its flavors: the tender and the wild, the sensual and the sacred. In this temple, intimacy becomes a doorway to truth, aliveness and deeper love in our own bodies and towards the collective.

Whether you are a new couple or have been together for years, Or weather you are friends looking to deepen your connection, this evening offers a chance to slow down, remember each other, and meet again with fresh eyes and open hearts.

The theme for February at The Yoga Shala is HASTA MUDRAS 👌 🙏

From Sanskrit; “Hasta” means hand and “mudra” means seal or gesture.

Think of them as energetic hand “codes” that help guide prana (life force) and influence th body, mind, and emotions.

Hasta Mudras can:

👌 support concentration and meditation
👌 calm or energize the nervous system
👌 balance the elements in your body

They can be incorporated at the beginning of your class, in the middle of your class, during meditation, during pranayama, while you walk, while you hike, wherever and whenever you need them.

The First Breath of a New Path is an intimate group Reiki ceremony designed to support transition, clarity, and embodied initiation into what is next for each one of us that will be in circle together , This is not a mental process but rather a  felt, cellular remembering and activation.  While blindfolded, you are invited to soften the external world and journey inward, where your body, breath, and energy speak and move without distraction.

Somatic movement & intuitive body flow

The New Path Ritual

Transformational Breathwork is a conscious breathing technique that guides you to access your subconscious in a safe, natural way. With my guidance, you are able to release and rewrite old programs, helping you to progress faster mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

This is a journey where I guide you to release old narratives about lack of money, love and freedom. As you align energetically, it prepares you to take action to call in abundance from a higher frequency.

In this session, you will:
1. Identify the beliefs, emotions and stories that have held you back.
2. Release the emotional residue around money, love and freedom—such as fear, shame, guilt, resentment, jealousy, stress and competitiveness.
3. Activate the feelings of true abundance: gratitude, trust, clarity, worthiness, connection, joy, flow, peace, generosity and expansion.
4. Shift into the receiving frequency—the energetic state where abundance naturally flows toward you.
