We are seeking a friendly and organized Medical Receptionist / PA.

●Key Responsibilities:●
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries.
- Schedule appointments.
- Collect and verify patient information during check-in and check-out.
- Handle billing.
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Assist with administrative tasks

●Qualifications●
- Previous experience as a receptionist in a medical office is a bonus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
