What is Hepatitis?
Hepatitis refers to inflammation of the liver — commonly caused by viruses like Hepatitis A, B, C, D, and E.
Some types can lead to chronic liver disease, liver cancer, or even death if left untreated.
Let’s Break It Down:
Hep A & E: Spread through contaminated food/water
Hep B, C & D: Spread through blood, needles, and unprotected s*x
Many people don’t even know they’re infected
✅ Get tested
✅ Get vaccinated (Hep B)
✅ Practice safe hygiene
✅ Avoid sharing sharp objects
✅ Eat and drink safely
