Social media has normalized things that are quietly damaging your mental health.

And you don’t even realize it.

Number 8 might surprise you.

There’s a sentence many African parents struggle to say.

Two words.

And those two words can change everything in a relationship.

Understanding your parents doesn’t mean excusing them.

But refusing to heal will keep you tied to what hurt you.

Forgiveness is not about them. It’s about your peace.

Welcome March with discipline, clarity, courage, and momentum.

March is not a month to shrink. It’s a month to move. To act on what you’ve been overthinking. To build what you’ve been postponing. To trust God’s timing while doing your part with consistency.

This month, may you experience bold faith, emotional stability, mental strength, clear direction, protected energy, aligned opportunities, sustainable growth, and results that reflect your effort.

March is about progress with intention. Not noise. Not pressure. Just steady, focused movement.

Let this be the month you stop doubting and start executing.
Let this be the month you grow in discipline and deepen your trust in God.

Here’s to March momentum.
March clarity.
March courage.
March consistency.
March alignment.
March breakthroughs.

The parenting you received will become the parenting you give…
unless you consciously change it.

Healing is not automatic. It is intentional.

In many homes, love is defined through provision. Food, school fees, clothing. And those things matter.

But what happens when emotional expression is seen as weakness or ingratitude?

This video explores the difference between survival-based parenting and emotionally safe parenting, and how the lack of emotional care shapes adulthood in ways we rarely discuss.

Because love is not just what you provide. It’s how safe someone feels with you.

The most responsible child in the house is usually the most emotionally unsupported.

We praise firstborns for being strong…
but we rarely ask what that strength is costing them.

If you are the one everyone depends on, who do you depend on?

Save this. Send it to the firstborn in your life.

Many people are taught that success means suffering and endless work. Wake up early, go to work, rest only on Sundays, repeat — that was the life of my parents’ generation. And even after all those years of hard work, some still struggle financially or get sick before they can truly rest.

Life shouldn’t be all about surviving or chasing money. Somewhere in the middle of responsibilities, we need to rest, explore, have fun, and create moments that matter. Life is meant to be lived, not just endured.

You don’t have to wait until retirement to enjoy life. Start living intentionally today — prioritize moments, rest, and experiences that make life meaningful.

Not everything that feels intense is love.

Anxiety isn’t passion.
Obsession isn’t connection.
Fear of losing someone isn’t love.
Emotional chaos isn’t romance.

We’ve romanticized survival mode for too long. The butterflies, the overthinking, the hot and cold energy, the constant drama. It feels powerful, so we call it love.

But real love doesn’t keep your nervous system on edge. It doesn’t make you feel like you’re fighting to stay chosen. It doesn’t confuse instability with chemistry.

Love can be vulnerable. It can be deep. It can be exciting.
But it also feels emotionally safe.

If you’ve ever confused intensity with intimacy, you’re not alone. A lot of us were taught that chaos equals passion.

Save this as a reminder.
