THE WOMEN LIFE CYCLE SERIES

“A must read for all especially WOMEN"

A woman's life cycle can be divided into 3 stages from a reproductive point of view:
1. Prepubescent stage ( birth--puberty)
2. Reproductive stage ( puberty--menopause)
3. Postmenopausal stage (menopause--death)
Each stage has it's unique characteristics and the transition from one stage to another is associated with significant changes in a woman's physical, emotional and psychological well being.
Climacteric period (perimenopause) is the transition period from Reproductive to Postmenopausal stage. It ends with Menopause determined retrospectively after a woman has experienced 12 months of no me**es. It begins on the average 4 years before the final menstrual period and includes a number of physiological changes that may affect a woman's quality of life.

It's characterised by irregular menstrual cycles, marked hormonal fluctuations, often accompanied by Hot flashes, sleep disturbance, mood changes, cognitive changes and vaginal dryness. Also changes in Lipids and bone loss begins, both of which have implications for long-term health.

Back pain during your period.
Severe menstrual cramps.
Pain when pooping or peeing, especially during your period.
