Leadership is About people:

The focus of leadership is the leader, and the guide of the leader is the people, everything the leader does is to bring the people to their place of excellence and accomplishment. That is the roadmap they must work with to accomplish their purpose.

The leader must first recognise the significance and commitment of trusting himself to lead himself in the right direction, build confidence and charisma that is both attractive and persuasive, and manage and continuously polish a character that others can trust, to go a long way.

The leader must have a third eye that no one sees but catches a glimpse of where they desire to go.
The leader must protect and respect the faith and confidence that the people put in them to bring them to a place of accomplishment and not disappointment.

The leader must make an effort to know the way by being bold and tenacious to take the risk of going ahead in everything the oversaw desires to accomplish, to lead them through the way to the place they desire to be.

The leader is the assurance of accomplishment that the people see, and he must always sacrifice his ambition for them; he must make their success his win.

As a leader, if you don't learn to separate yourself from the distractions of the title, the distractions will separate you from the people.

LADIES, WHO DID THIS TO US.

A dear young man came all the way from New York to seek for my hand in marriage. I was happy he came but ..........
I discovered that all he ever spoke about was money. How he was going to change our lives, get me a brand new Jeep, build my business. His not into God but moral.

People around me began to advice, this is the destiny helper your family needs, its not all about spirituality. Faith, if you refuse this man, you have made a grave mistake, money is life.
Afterall, you can change him. Gradually, those words began to make sense to me actually. Do you know he is a ticket out of suffering ?

While in deep thoughts one day i asked him a sincere question when we were talking. Sir, can you be a husband he said ofcourse. How about a father he said a big yes. He went ahead to tell me his plans on how he wants to spoil his children amazing. Here comes the big question.

How about a priest? no response. Sir, with your current financial state, you can change our financial lives true, but are you aware that money will end in time? Money can't buy Spiritual possibilities. Can you lead me consistently to the heart of God, that's what makes more sense to me.

Sir, do you know how many women have lost their lives at the point of delivery.
Their husbands could afford the best hospital yet, so light in the spirit. Experimental tools in the hands of the devil. They had zero knowledge about God, they couldn't stand in priesthood and watch fervently in prayers to avert those sudden deaths. The times have changed.

I know you have heard that ladies of this Generation will do anything for money, You just met a different breed.
From where am coming from, we are many and we shall be many. We can't enjoy time at the expense of eternity.

He said I am arrogant and people around me said, my suffering just began. I told them the only difference between this man and myself is time. Money will be a slave to me.
Be a lady that is comfortable with money and confident without money. If you can be bought by money then you are cheap.

My money is in God not even my business. My business is the channel, God is the source. As long I know the source and I have the channel money will serve me. Ladies to reduce your temptation get something doing, stop asking for urgent 2k. ( Proverbs 31)

God has told you Brother Victor is your husband, but because he didn't come with a car you said is a familiar spirit you heard. You don't even know if the car Slyvester is driving is borrowed, you are always comparing Victor to him.

Am not saying don't say yes to brothers with cars not at all. God can give you an established man. If yours is still building, please encourage him and don't pull him down. Materialism is pure carnality.

Marriage is not a poverty alleviation program like my Spiritual Father will always say. If you desire a rich guy perfect, but hope you know; that the rich guy is also desiring a rich lady, are you also building?

Many of our mothers in Faith stood firmly with our fathers not even knowing what the future holds for them, but indeed they knew who holds their future God.

A born again sister told me, she agreed to date this guy because she needed someone to pay her bills in school. Now she has seen the one she loves and the other guy is threatening to kill her or she should give him his money back.

Become a lady that knows God, and fears him. Confess it, I am full of the Spirit. No man can marry me and end up a nobody, I don't know about you but while am single I will pay the price.

Was I tempted when the rich guy came yes i was, but i kept reminding myself that money is a cheap currency to move the priceless crown on my head, how about you?

Ladies we owe our kids a balanced father as we strive to also be balanced mothers.
Don't sell your destiny for money.

Revival will tarry if our garments are still full of hidden.
