Gratitude. Influence. Global Mediation.

Some individuals come into your professional journey and quietly open doors that shape the future in ways words can hardly capture.

Today, I am deeply honoured to share a promotional video from one of the distinguished members of our Hall of Fame — an outstanding mediator whose work continues to inspire the global mediation community.

Very early in my journey into the international mediation space, she was one of the first people who offered encouragement and support that helped create an opening for me beyond our borders. For that gesture of belief and goodwill, I remain sincerely grateful.

Her message in this promotional video reflects the very spirit that defines mediation — bridge-building, dialogue, and the courage to connect people across divides.

As we prepare for the International Conference on Mediation, scheduled for 13th–14th May in Abuja, voices like hers remind us that mediation is truly a global movement.
