Ten(10) major practical steps to prevent Cardiovascular diseases or sickness es are as follows1.Avoid consumption of Alcohol, Tobacco,.2.Quit smoking.3.Avoid drug Abuse of any kind,.4Avoid excessive intake of highly processed foods and drinks,e.gBiscuits,fried and baked snacks(Doughnuts,margarine,cakes,pies,creamed candies, chocolate snacks,coca cola,Pepsi,malted drinks,juice,wine etc).5.Reduce intake of salts.6.Engage regularly in mild aerobics exercise like Brisk walking for at least 30-40 minutes 3×/week.7.Take liberally Vegetables especially in their raw state but wash the vegetables with lemon juice or Vinegar instead of using salt.8.Take fruits whole at least 2 different types but very moderately not bigger than a Dollar cut size.9.Always rehydrate your body fluid but taking adequate fliud( at least 5L/day)i.e fluids at body temperature (room temperature).10.Always have adequate rest daily(at least 8hours/day)
