From the age of 14 - 33, I did not sleep well!
My average sleep was lower than 5 hours/night.

Thanks to getting in balance and using Viva for the past 3 years I can sleep! I'm now 36 years old and now I NEED a minimum of 6 hours and I have no problem sleeping 8 or even 9 hours in a row without waking up!

I am using the whole health protocol + Viva and I also add the immune-boosting supplement when my kids are sick.

My Journey with the Zinzino Health Protocol

When I first tried the Zinzino Health Protocol in 2016, I was amazed by the results.
