Don't forget to eat some eye superfoods , that are good for vision.
🥜Nuts are a great source of omega-3 and Vitamin A, Omega-3 can help with dry eyes.
🍠Sweet potatoes and carrots are also great sources of Vitamin A. Your retina needs vitamin A to help turn the light we see into images. Vitamin A also helps keep the eyes moisturized.
🍊Oranges and citrus fruits have Vitamin C is a great antioxidant, antioxidants can help prevent or at least delay certain eye conditions like macular degeneration and cataracts.
🥑Avocados (my absolute fav) and almonds are great sources of Vitamin E which is an antioxidant and helps
keep the eye healthy.
Bonus points - all of these foods are great for your skin.
