A family friend met me during production and asked, “You’re not using flour to roll and cut?”
Then she started....“It will stick o, you're supposed to add flour, that's how my Sister does it”.

I smiled and said,..“Relax and watch the outcome.”
I finished rolling, cutting and fried.
No EXTRA FLOUR📌.

Chinchin came out NEAT, CLEAN, YUMMY and not STICKY.
She was amazed😁.

I was at a store making a delivery when I overheard two women talking.
I’m not one to listen in on people’s conversations, but they were loud enough for anyone nearby to hear🤷.

One was telling the other how her husband had finally established a business for her. She then asked if the other woman’s husband had done the same.
The response was “No.”
She immediately advised her friend to keep pressuring her husband, saying that was exactly how she got hers to do it.

As I listened, I couldn’t help but wonder...So there are still women waiting for their husbands to start something for them?
See..it is NOT your husband’s responsibility to establish a business for you👌.
If you’re fortunate enough to have a husband who did that, please appreciate him.

But pressuring him as if he owes you that is an error. If you truly desire to run a business, be determined to start something with what you have first, no matter how small.
When your man sees your seriousness and commitment, support will naturally follow.

The importance of sieving flour before use or production cannot be overemphasized.
It may look like a small step, but it plays a major role in quality, safety, and consistency👌.

Sieving helps remove foreign particles, breaks lumps caused by moisture or storage, and ensures the flour mixes evenly with other ingredients. It also improves texture and helps produce lighter, better-finished products📌.

What about big brands that use bags of flour daily? Having worked short time with big brands, I can say...Yes, they sieve too..but on an industrial level👍.

Large manufacturers use automated sieving and filtering machines to remove impurities,to meet food safety standards.
No serious producer skips sieving. Small producers sieve manually, big brands sieve mechanically...but the importance remains the same📌.

I honestly thought these kegs were worth about ₦500 each 🙄. After giving some out during Christmas, I decided to sell a few.

The buyer said they can only offer ₦150 per keg.
₦150… for solid kegs like these?🤔

I clearly remember they sell for ₦450–₦500.
At this point, I’d rather give them out than sell at that rate🥴.

This was my experience over the weekend after I made a delivery to one of our supermarkets.
Someone bought everything for a weekend get-together party🎉.

Honestly, this can only be God 🙏.
Now we’re back in production, getting ready for the new week.
