My daughter asked me this yesterday.

I looked left, looked right… searching for the perfect motherly answer. Honestly, who made that rule of food first before meat🤷?

Nevertheless ,I told her, “Meat is the best part and we save the best for the last. In our home, that's how we were raised. To value food and not just pick the best part.”

She stared at me and said, “I love food MORE than meat, so let me eat the meat first and food later".
At that point, I knew I had lost the argument😁.

I gave her a very serious look and said, you better finish that food before touching that meat o.

In this few years of supplying, I’ve learnt something the hard way, and I don’t want you to make the same mistake.

When you’re new in business and go for supply, many will tell you, “Don’t worry, we’ll pay after we finish selling.”
Awww...sounds nice right..but my dear, DON'T FALL FOR THAT TRAP 😁!

Yes, you’re hungry for customers and you want your product to move, but don’t start what you can’t finish. The end is usually not sweet.

You can give them a taste or sample, that’s fine but once sales begin, payment should follow immediately.

Big brands can play that long credit game, but you as a small business owner just starting out, you need that money to rotate o.

If they truly don’t have the money at that moment, they should be able to pay within three days, max📌.

SET YOUR STANDARD EARLY AND STICK TO IT. Because in this hustle, when you bend too much, you’ll break.

YUMMY EGG ROLL 😋

INGREDIENTS:

*Flour 4cups or 500g
*Sugar 50g
*Margarine 3 tbsp
*Salt 1/2tsp
*Nutmeg 1/2tsp
*Baking powder 2tsp
*Powdered milk 1/4cup
*1 tsp milk flavour
*Water 2cups(To be added gradually cos flour differs)
*Eggs.

PROCEDURE:

Boil eggs, allow to cool, remove from shell and set aside.

Pour your Flour into a Bowl.
Add your salt, baking powder, milk,nutmeg, milk flavor, add Sugar, margarine and finally add water and mix slightly for few mins.

After mixing, allow to rest for 10-15mins

Place your oil on fire and allow to heat
Use medium heat to fry so they can get done from the inside thoroughly.

Then use your hand to scoop some Dough
Flatten it on your palm
Put your egg at the center, wrap the egg with the dough very well.
Place inside the hot oil fry on a low heat, till it's golden brown.

As the year draws to an end, I decree that no evil will swallow me or my family.

I cover myself, my family, my loved ones, my customers and all that concerns me with the Blood of Jesus.

As the year runs out, my life will not run out! My joy will not expire! I receive restoration with compensation, what I have been waiting for has arrived.

O Adonai, You are the God who lives outside of time but controls time. Arise by Your power and collapse time in my favour.

NEVER JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER📌.

I have a regular Bike man who provides assistance in emergency situation.
Weeks ago,his service was needed.He came and picked me to where I was going.
I have never told him about my Business because I felt "wetin Aboki man Sabi", but that day, I felt the urge to share information about my Chinchin business.I even offered him some samples which he really enjoyed.

Last week, he called me and handed the phone to someone he referred to as his Brother.
I never knew he has a Brother who owns a very big grocery store.
He has spoken to his Brother about my Chinchin and he asked him to call me🤸.
Chai...this God eh!...
He asked that I supply a dozen pack for a start.

That's a huge win for us🙏.
Another addition to our supply points!

Have learnt to tell everyone about my business no matter who they are✅.
