How to Join Longrich.

Registration in Longrich is FREE! All that is required is a one-time purchase of products worth a certain amount of PVs.

You can register through any of the following package/entry levels you chose:
1. Q Silver (60PV) N53,000 = 8% bonus earnings
2. Silver (120PV) N82,000 = 8% bonus earnings
3. Gold (240PV) N160,000 = 10% bonus earnings
4. Platinum (720PV) = N500,000 =12% bonus earnings
5. VIP (1680PV) =N1,100,000=12% bonus earnings + 1% from Global profits

How to get Promoted (Diamond Ranks).

Let's use a Scenario of you joining at the Gold (240PV) level with N160,000 (estimates) worth of stock.

1. You would need 4 people to register as your downline to be D1 (Diamond 1)

2. You would need 7 downline registrations to reach D2 (Diamond 2)

3. You would need 15 downline registrations to reach D3 (Diamond 3)

4. You would need 75 downline registrations to reach D4 (Diamond 4)

5. When your 75 downlines get 3 downline registrations each you become D5 (Diamond 5) etc.

How to Earn Weekly.

We earn mainly via Bonuses.

1. Performance Bonus.

This bonus is paid on your 2 weak legs and it is based on your entry-level.

Let's do the Math.

Let's use legs A, B, and C as an example.

Get your calculator. You will do the calculations.

Let's assume Vera is currently on the Platinum level (12%) and she has 3 downlines who have accumulated the following PVs

A = 2000pvs
B = 3000pvs
C = 500 pvs

In this case - leg A and leg C are considered to be her weak legs for that particular week.

Therefore her performance bonus will be derived from legs A and C as follows

2000 + 500 = 2500 * 12% (that is 12% of 2500)
which will give us 300
Then 300 x 200 = ₦60,000

Your performance bonus for that particular week will be ₦60,000

Why do we multiply by 200?
The company decided to use a standard rate which is 200.

2. Development Bonus.

Development Bonus is set at 10%. How do we calculate that?

What is 10% of ₦60,000?
Answer: ₦6000
Therefore, Vera’s Performance and Development bonuses combined = ₦66,000

3. Leadership Bonus.

Leadership Bonus is based on your sponsored Tree.
Let's say Vera introduced a friend of hers by the name of Grace into the Longrich business.

And Grace earns ₦200,000 in a week.
Vera’s leadership bonus for the week will be 10% of what Grace earns and 5% of her 1st generation.

This means Vera will get 10% of ₦200,000.

So let's assume Mary is Grace’s first generation with an income of ₦15,000. Then it means Vera is entitled to 5% of ₦15,000.

Leadership Bonus is up to 45%. So the more Vera recruits into her team, the more money she will make.

4. Maintenance Bonus (Retail Order Bonus).

Maintenance Bonus or Retail Order Bonus is 4.5% of 30PVs generated per cycle (4 weeks or 1 month).

Example:
Let's say Vera has 2000 team members and each maintains their 30PVs in a month (per cycle)

That is 2000 × (30PVs) = 60,000 * 200 = ₦12,000,000
Vera’s Maintenance bonus will be 4.5% of ₦12,000,000 in that particular month.

5. Breakaway Bonus.

This is earned on purchases above 30PV per cycle (4 weeks or one month). You can earn 21% on any account under your sponsor tree in addition to your own account.

Illustration:
Let's say Grace bought ₦26,000 amount of products worth 50PV and 2 members of her downlines each bought ₦20,000 amount of products worth 40PV per cycle (per month). Grace’s breakaway bonus will be (21% x 26,000) + (21% x 20,000) + (21% x 20,000) = ₦13,860

1. Performance Bonus.

SIX LEADERSHIP PRINCIPLES TO LEARN FROM AN EAGLE

1. Eagles fly Alone and at High Altitudes.
They don't fly with sparrows, ravens, and other small birds.

MEANING; Stay away from narrow-minded people, those that bring you down. Eagle flies with Eagles. Keep good company.

2. Eagles have an Accurate Vision. They have the ability to focus on something as far as 5km away. No matter the obstacles, the eagle will not move his focus from the prey until he grabs it.

MEANING; Have a vision and remain focused no matter what the obstacles and you will succeed.

3. Eagles do not Eat Dead things. They Feed only on Fresh Prey.

MEANING; Do not rely on your past success, keep looking for new frontiers to conquer. Leave your past where it belongs, in the past.

4. Eagles Love the Storm.
When clouds gather, the eagle gets excited, the eagle uses the storms wind to lift itself higher. Once it finds the wind of the storm, the eagle uses the raging storm to lift itself above the clouds. This gives the eagle an opportunity to glide and rest its wings. In the meantime, all the other birds hide in the branches and leaves of the tree.

MEANING; Face your challenges head on knowing that these will make you emerge stronger and better than you were. We can use the storms of life to rise to greater heights.
