If your legs ache during periods or around ovulation, it may be connected to hormonal changes and uterine contractions. You are not exaggerating a symptom cause it actually happens.

And for the men reading this, support begins with listening. Believe her pain, offer help with small things and encourage her to seek care if the symptom becomes severe.

Awareness creates empathy and empathy builds healthier relationships.

On 23rd December, we had the joy of visiting Karshi General Hospital, Abuja, to meet beautiful pregnant women and new mothers, sharing the love and warmth of Christmas through our Maternity Hamper outreach 🤍

This special initiative was made possible through the wonderful partnership of Fertility Purse, Friendly Neighbour Pharmacy, and the 144s Body of BCS FCT. Together, we celebrated life, hope, and the incredible journey of motherhood, reminding these amazing women that they are cherished and supported.

It was massive baby 🥳🥰 🎉
