Like detox/cleanse products, sit-ups and crunches don't work nearly as well as you me think - at least not for fat loss or flattening the belly

If you like Kpomo (cow skin) then by all means enjoy it, but don't tell me you eat it for the protein. That's like me saying I eat ice cream 🍨 because it's sweet (and I have a sweet tooth) when I really eat it because em em, yeah, my doctor prescribed it. It's true. Ladies? Will you build muscle if you engage in strength training? Yep! But it's the 'good' kind. The kind that gives you that tone you desire with your legs, arms, belly, and back. Except you have superior genetics, train and eat like a bodybuilder, and take 'enhancement' drugs then there is no chance you'll look bulky.

It's the beginning of the year and I bet some folks have started the seasonal 7-, 14-, and 30-day without ______ (insert carb food - bread, rice, pasta, etc) challenge. Know this - carbs alone don't cause weight loss. Yes, low-carb diets, like low fat, keto, intermittent fasting - can lead to weight loss if it puts you in a calorie deficit consistently. For weight loss, watch your total calories first then macros (fat, protein, carbs) next.
