Throughout the day,
you absorb more than you noticed.

Other people's emotions, stress, expectations, noise.

Your body holds it
even when your mind moves on.

In many spiritual traditions,
water is seen as a carrier and a cleanser.
It helps release emotional and energetic residue
that does not belong to you.

Morning showers prepare you for the world.
Night showers release the world from you.
Cleansing at night closes the energetic loop of the day
before your mind enters sleep.

Sleep is a receptive state.
Cleansing before bed helps prevent carrying
other people's energy
into your dreams and subconscious.

A night shower is a ritual of completion.
What was not mine, I return.
What remains, is me.

Parasites are the unseen, unwelcome guests that inhabit various parts of our bodies. They might be ubiquitous but they impact on a large scale and the effects are usually glaring.

When parasites invade the body, they don’t come quietly. They steal nutrients meant for you, disrupt digestion, weaken immunity, and can trigger symptoms like fatigue, anemia, skin issues, stomach pain, and brain fog. Over time, the body stays in survival mode, fighting an unseen guest that drains energy and balance.

The body is an intelligent being by design and for HEAL-INg to take place you first have to heal inwards - pay attention to what your body is telling you, then take what nature gives you and bring your body back to balance.

These organically-cultivated herbs can help reduce parasitic load, support detox pathways, and strengthen the immune response so the body can get rid of these strangers. Good hygiene, clean food and water, and timely treatment are also key to keeping these invaders out and your system thriving.

Recently while I was working late at night I started having cravings for something light. The only thing available was sauerkraut (fermented cabbage) I had in the fridge. (I had discovered how to make sauerkraut last year and it has now become a regular part of my diet).

The jar of sauerkraut had a lot of juices and I liked the tangy taste - I had this idea to add a bit of sugar to the strained juice since I had run out of honey and that was how I discovered "fermented cabbage juice" or "sauerkraut juice". The taste is like a blend of coconut water and apple cider vinegar - tangy and savoury. I'll be making a big batch of this shortly. Instead of using sugar or honey, I can add pineapple juice instead.

Fermented juices are a good source of probiotics. Probiotics are high in beneficial gut bacteria.

One of the things I started incorporating into my diet in the past year was the habit of eating soups - not soups in the way my Nigerian people do with "swallow", but enjoying a combination of vegetables and their many health benefits they bring. Aside from pumpkin soup that I have pureed in the past, I eat the veggies in my soup without blending them all together - in this video the ingredients were blended to make it easier for kids to eat them.

I believe you can adopt healthy eating habits and food ideas from other cultures and regions (if the ingredients are locally available and accessible), while still eating the healthy foods from your locality, especially when such foods can promote a healthy lifestyle that allows your body to strengthen capacity to heal itself.

When Pain Isn’t “Just Overweight” ⚠️

In Alabama, a woman went to the doctor again and again for constant pain and shortness of breath.

The answer never changed: “You just need to lose weight.”

But the truth was far heavier.

Months later, in an ER, doctors discovered an ovarian cyst weighing nearly 50 pounds (~23 kg). A massive growth filling her abdomen, crushing organs, restricting her breathing, stealing her mobility.

The recreated image shows the moment after extraction — a mass so large it could be held in arms. 😳

Medical reflection:
🔹 Not every abdominal pain or weight gain is “just obesity.”
🔹 Persistent symptoms deserve proper studies—and sometimes a second opinion.
🔹 Listening to the patient matters. Behind every symptom is a story that deserves to be taken seriously.

Medicine isn’t just science. It’s also compassion. 💙

Research shows period pain can be as intense as a heart attack for some women.

For years, menstrual pain has often been brushed off as something “normal” or “just part of being a woman.” But medical research is proving what many have been saying all along — the pain can be severe, debilitating, and even comparable to the intensity of a heart attack.

Menstrual cramps, or dysmenorrhea, happen when the uterus contracts to help shed its lining. In some women, these contractions become so strong that they cut off blood flow, triggering pain signals that can overwhelm the body. For those affected, the pain is not just a dull ache. It can radiate through the lower back, hips, and thighs, leaving them unable to focus, move comfortably, or even stand.

Despite this, menstrual pain is still often underestimated in medical settings. Many women report being told to “just take a painkiller” without deeper investigation into potential underlying conditions such as endometriosis or fibroids, which can make the pain even worse.

Experts say it is time to take menstrual pain seriously. Not only does it affect daily life, but ignoring it can delay diagnoses and treatment for more serious health issues. Open conversations, better research, and improved medical support are essential steps toward ensuring that women are not dismissed when they describe their pain.

Period pain is real, it is serious, and it deserves the same attention as any other intense medical condition.

When your gut health improves, your brain health improves as well. When your brain enters a state of overwhelm, anxiety, overthinking, it affects your gut health as well. Hence the gut is called the second brain. People who eat compulsively first lost control up there. Both need one thing: balance.

You Have A Choice - You Can Control What You Eat

What you eat can make a real difference when managing fibroids. A healthy, fibroid-friendly diet focuses on:

1) Plenty of fruits and vegetables (especially leafy greens and berries).

2) Whole grains like oats, millet, quinoa, bulgur , sorghum, and brown rice.

3) Healthy fats from avocados, olive oil, and nuts.

4) Plant-based proteins like beans and lentils

5) Limiting red meat, sugar, and processed foods

Small, consistent changes can help balance hormones, reduce inflammation, and support your body naturally.

Nourish your body, heal your womb!

PCOS isn’t just “late periods.”

It’s not ovulating.
It’s pregnancy loss.
It’s cysts covering your ovaries.
It’s begging your body to do something it just won’t do.
It’s tracking every cycle, every symptom, every drop of hope
just to be let down again.

It’s struggling to lose weight even when you’re doing everything right.
It’s being told to “just exercise more” by people who don’t understand the war your hormones are waging against you.

It’s too much testosterone.
It’s facial hair, acne, thinning hair, and hyperpigmentation of the skin.
It’s mood swings, insulin resistance, and a body that doesn’t feel like your own.
It’s looking in the mirror and not recognizing yourself anymore.

It’s watching other women get pregnant so easily while you suffer in silence.

PCOS is not just a period problem.
It’s a chronic, emotional, physical battle…
One that impacts your health, your confidence, your fertility, and your sanity.

So no, it’s not “just a couple of late cycles.”
It’s pain.
It’s loss.
It’s grief.
And it deserves to be talked about.

has asked many women over the years: “What signs made you suspect you might have fibroids?” Many women with fibroids say they just knew something wasn’t right. Here are five common responses women give::

1. "My periods became unusually heavy and lasted longer than usual."

Explanation: (Many women notice excessive bleeding and prolonged menstrual cycles as a first sign.)

2. "I started feeling a constant pressure or heaviness in my lower abdomen."

Explanation: (This sensation is often due to the size and location of the fibroids.)

3. "I was urinating more frequently, even when I hadn’t had much to drink."

Explanation: (Fibroids pressing on the bladder can cause this.)

4. "I had trouble conceiving and started to wonder if something was wrong."

Explanation: (Fibroids can sometimes interfere with fertility or pregnancy.)

5. "I noticed my belly looked bloated or swollen, but I wasn’t gaining weight elsewhere."

Explanation: (Many women describe a ‘pregnant look’ or abdominal distension.)

Don’t ignore the signs—listen to your body. Fibroids are more common than you think, and early detection can make a big difference.

Did you experience any signs not mentioned above?

What we offer

We offer Solutions to Fibroid related problems.

Fibroidzin consists of a dense combination of phytoestrogens which inhibit over production of estrogen, thus inhibiting activity of estrogenic toxins. Omega3 fats protect against inflammation and tumor growth along with other micronutrients which are able to maintain a healthy gynecological environment by clearing abnormal uterine and other cells that feed the growth of tumors.

How do I buy Fibroidzin?
