This is a Butt Lifting Squat workout that you can do daily to lift and tone your butt and legs as well as reduce cellulite.

Get a bigger butt with a regular squat routine.

Squats should be done properly, make sure your knees are not going past your toes. Have a look at yourself in the mirror to ensure that you are doing them properly.

TIP FOR THE WEEK

Will eating fat make us fat? I hear this question so often that it’s clear to me how many people still fall victim to the old myth that eating foods that contain fat will add fat to their body.

This is simply not how it works.

This video is kind of a haha pic - I know we tend to over eat in our culture.

Morning - Garri
Afternoon - Pounded Yam
Evening - Semo

Even Midnight sef and I won't lie I love the Carbs especially Garri but as well as a variety of healthy fat sources - in balance with other nutrients.

The point is, we “get fat” for any number of reasons, including eating too much of the wrong foods, eating too much in general, not getting enough sleep, and living high-stress lives.

But including proper amounts of healthy fat into our diets is not one of those reasons. Each person will have slightly different needs of course, based on goals and current stats.

I just want you to know that fat (in the right amounts) as a nutrient is just as important for our body as protein, complex carbs, and greens.
