Many times, tiredness, headaches and low energy are not sickness, they are signs your body needs water.

Sometimes the problem is not the food, it is the quantity.
Many people are eating good food, yet they still feel heavy, tired and uncomfortable. The reason is simple: healthy eating is not just about what you eat, but also how much you eat.

Portion control helps your body work better. It helps you feel lighter, move with ease, and stay productive throughout the day. Eating well does not mean eating until you are uncomfortable. It means eating enough to nourish your body and stopping before you overload it.
