Type 1 vs Type 2 Muscles

Coach Samuel breaks down the difference between your Type 1 and Type 2 muscles.

Type 1: Your daily activity muscles - used for breathing, walking, and chores. It uses fat as energy.

Type 2: Your heavy lifting muscles - used for powerlifting, holding, and pushing heavy things. It uses glucose as energy.

The catch: Your Type 2 muscles are expensive to maintain and can disappear over time if not used!
