✅ Is your plan sustainable for your actual life?
✅ Are you building up or burning out?
✅ Is your kitchen helping or hurting?
✅ Are you sleeping enough to actually grow?

If the answer to any of these is "no," that’s your starting point.

Here’s the sweet spot:
If you’re just starting out, don’t overcomplicate it. 2-3 times a week is plenty to see those initial gains. For my fitness enthusiasts who’ve been at it for a while, 3-4 days is your target.
