The future of thousands of students is at the verge of being jeopadized and
ruined due to the non-payment of salary in the Niger Delta University. ASUU is
not ready to change their stand on complete payment of salary before
resumption. We the students are in great distress and pain as our colleagues in
other institutions are moving on with their educational activities. We are
pleading with all those from the Niger Delta Region, home and abroad to come
to our aid. You are there working for others while your only state owned
university is about to be privatized or even be closed. Oh, i remember the
Governor general of the Izon land, if you were alive, this unacceptable event
would not have occured. To our leaders of the Niger Delta, Of bayelsa state and
to all Concious Comrades,do not just sit and wash the legacy of our hero be
destroyed. I remain the Aluta Prestige. The mandate of the people, the voice
and choice of the people. I believe in the interest of the people.

Games 2016
Gdmrn house...
There will be a training section on Saturday morning for our footballers and volleyballers( both sexes... Dis is in preparation for NDUMSA Games and D Yr1 welcome Party Sporting events.
On Sunday... there will b a football match between the new students(yr1) n old Students by 4pm. Males... d female match will come up in a later date.. Anatomy Lab field.
D yr1s shld meet their course rep n class representative( Polycap) for more information.
D Forth Coming NDUMSA Games has the following sporting events;
1. NDUMSA PREMIER LEAGUE ; Jst as it is done in d English Premier League... 6 teams will be battling for the league cup, playing both home and away matches. D home for yr5 n yr6 is okolobiri/obunagha. For yr1-4 is amassoma.
2. PS2015 Champions League...Dis is knockout football. If a girl is among the best gamers in ur class, she's allowed to represent d class. Abt 4 to 5 persons representing each class.
3. Spelling Bee... I call it the brain sporting activity. nt jst medical terms, it's going to involve everything around us
4. Scrabble. Brain Sport.
5. Chess.... I think d basal ganglion is majorly involve in dis sport. I don't know for sure o.
6. Monopoly... How well can u manage ur income/Salary wit the state of the Economy. Dis game will tell u more. It's not all abt buying bt if u don't buy, u will go bankrupt.
7. High Jump...
8. Volleyball
9. Water ball
10. Swimming.... many persons n Skols outside the southern territory are saying NDU students are GOOD swimmers. It's time to confirm dat.
11. Others....
Pls note: Des events will b taking place in bits ( there will b spacing) n nt jst in a week or a month. Dis is to give us time to rest, read... n also enjoy ourself.
Some of these events will take place during the NDUMSA Health week.
THERE ARE A LOT OF PRIZES TO B WON.
Each class has a class representative... kindly meet him/her for more information n pls comply wit dem so dat ur class can win something during d games. I can recall a Skol, Kogi state university going home without a medal during the Jst concluded NiMSA Games at Uniben.
Remember... A library Card can take you further than a Driver's license... Read books abeg.
