They Plotted Against Me,_Defense Minister Musa Opens Up On Survival, Faith And Destiny.

According to The Sun news, Nigeria’s Minister of Defence, General Christopher Musa (retd.), has shared a deeply personal story about how he survived what he described as conspiracies and opposition on his path to national leadership.
Musa made the revelation while giving a testimony during a church service at Conquerors Global Assembly in Abuja, a moment that has since drawn attention across the country. The testimony was monitored by Church Times and later shared on its official platform.

Speaking candidly, the Defence Minister said there were times when forces worked behind the scenes to stop his rise, but he believes divine intervention turned the situation around. According to him, the obståcles he faced were not ordinary, yet they failed to derail his destiny.“I know there were people who didn’t want me to get here,” Musa told the congregation. “But God had a different plan.”

The retired general said his journey taught him the importance of faith, patience and resilience, especially in moments when things seemed uncertain. He described his current role as Minister of Defence as a responsibility that comes with both pressure and purpose.
Musa encouraged Nigerians not to lose hope when faced with challenges, stressing that setbacks do not always mean failure. He urged people to stay focused, trust God and continue working hard, even when progress appears slow.

The human side of the testimony resonated with many worshippers, who listened quietly as the minister reflected on his past struggles and present responsibilities. For some, his words offered reassurance that perseverance can still pay off, even in Nigeria’s tough political and security environment.

Christopher Musa

Since his appointment, General Musa has been at the centre of Nigeria’s fịght against terrorism, bånditry and insecurity. His testimony adds a personal layer to a public figure often seen only through official statements and security briefings.
As reactions continue to trail his remarks, many Nigerians see the story not just as a religious reflection, but as a reminder that behind power and position are real human battles — often unseen, but deeply felt.

Remi Tinubu: This Is Same President The Wife Said They Already Have Money Before They Came Ameh.

Former Shell lawyer, Madaki Ameh has criticiyzed President Bola Ahmed Tinubu over what he described as extravagant spending by the presidency, questioning the justification for such expenses at a time of widespread economic hardship across the country.

Ameh made the remarks during an interview on Signature TV while reacting to reports of the purchase of new official vehicles and a presidential yacht. He argued that such spending sends the wrøng message to Nigerians who are grappling with rising living costs, inflation, and declining purchasing power.

According to Ameh, public officials are expected to demonstrate restraint and sensitivity to the economic realities facing citizens. He said the decision to acquire luxury items for the presidency contradicts the message of såcrifice often directed at Nigerians.
“This is the same president that the wife said they already have their money before they came,” Ameh said, suggesting that the presidency should not be seen as a platform for comfort funded by public resources.
The former Shell lawyer noted that many Nigerians were told to endure economic reforms and make sacrifices for long-term national benefits, yet actions by those in power appear inconsistent with such calls. He argued that leadership by example is critical, especially during periods of economic transition.

Ameh further questioned the prioritization of public spending, stressing that funds used for luxury acquisitions could have been channeled into critical sectors such as healthcare, education, and infrastructure, or used to cushion the impact of economic reforms on vulnerable citizens.
He maintained that perceptions of wasteful spending erode public trust and deepen the d!sconnect between the government and the governed. According to him, transparency and prudence in public finance management are essential for restoring confidence in leadership.

If You're Still Drinking Water At Night Before Going To Bed This Message Is For You.

Drinking water is essential for good health, but consuming it right before bedtime can have unexpected effects on your body and sleep quality. Understanding how nighttime hydration affects you can help you make healthier choices.

1. Frequent Nighttime Urination.

Drinking water just before sleeping can lead to waking up multiple times at night to urinate. This disrupts your sleep cycle, preventing deep, restorative sleep and leaving you tired the next day.

2. Disrupted Sleep Quality.

Interrupted sleep cåused by frequent trips to the bathroom can lead to poor concentration, irritability, and fatigue. Deep sleep stages are important for memory, hormone regulation, and overall health.

3. Increased Risk of Acid Reflux.

Drinking large amounts of water before bed can sometimes contribute to acid reflux, especially if you lie down immediately. This can cåuse discomført, heartburn, or even damåge to the esophagus over time.

4. Stress on the Kidneys.

Your kidneys work harder at night to process excess water. Over time, drinking too much water right before bed can strain your kidneys, especially for those with existing kidney problems.

Tips for Healthy Hydration Before Bed.
Drink adequate water during the day to stay hydrated.
Limit water intake 1–2 hours before sleeping.
If thirsty at night, take small sips instead of large amounts.
Avøid caffeinated or sugary drinks close to bedtime as they can also disrupt sleep.

Conclusion.

While staying hydrated is essential, drinking water right before bed can affect your sleep, digestion, and kidney health. By timing your water intake earlier in the day, you can enjoy the benefits of hydration without compromising restful sleep or overall health.

FG Møurns Ɗèæth Of Veteran Politician Former President.

The Federal Government of Nigeria has formally expressed its condølences following the passing of Fernando Dias dos Santos, the former Vice President and Prime Minister of the Republic of Angola.
Commonly referred to as “Nando,” the veteran politician reportedly passed away on December 18, 2025, in Luanda, after a period of îllness.

In a statement released on Sunday, the Spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Kimiebi Imomotimi Ebienfa, noted that Nigeria stands in solidarity with Angola during this time of møurning.
The Nigerian government lauded the late dos Santos as a “distinguished statesman” and a “veteran of Angola’s liberation struggle,” highlighting his pivotal role in the nation’s political evolution.

Throughout his extensive career, he served as Vice Minister, Minister, Prime Minister, Vice President, and President of the National Assembly.
The official statement from the Ministry emphasized his continental influence:“The late Fernando dos Santos was not only a pillar of Angolan stability but also a respected voice in the Southern African region and across the African continent. His commitment to national unity, reconciliation, and development resonates deeply with our own continental aspirations for peace and progress.”
