What is stress?
Stress is the mind and bodies response to physical and emotional challenge. Stress occurs when demands are out of balance with resources for coping.
Types of Stress
Stress can be categorised into:

3. Critical stress
Day-to-day Stress: these are the challenges that we have to face daily, they keep us going, they hive meaning to our life and living, it is essence of our daily hustle and that is what brings out the fighting spirit in us or survival instincts and skills.
Cumulative Stress: stress is said to be cumulative when the cause of Stress continues overtime, until it peaks.
Critical Stress; This represents situations where a person is no longer able to cope with the cumulative stress and suffers emotional or physical break down...to be continued

I read through the story of how a leading Nigerian Bank sacked 1200 of its staff.... I found this disturbing.... and reinforces my believe in having a structured and reliable Plan B Income Stream.
