Ciprofloxacin might not be working for you again. That's just the truth 😔

The rate at which people abuse ciprofloxacin is becoming a Public health concern.

Imagine a situation where old mama in a remote village is telling a patent dealer to give her Cipro 🤣

Many prescribers don't even remember that ciprofloxacin is an antibiotic and should be used with caution due to possible resistance.

You can count just fewer individuals that have not used ciprofloxacin before 🤣

Infact, ciprofloxacin is selling like pure water nowadays. You can even hear someone telling another person to buy ciprofloxacin.

Even the roadside drvg sellers are selling it now. No regulation again😭. I don't have issues with ciprofloxacin oo, but people that are using it without proper laboratory investigation.

Ciprofloxacin is POM—Prescription Only Medicine. It means you must obtain ciprofloxacin with a doctor's prescription.

It is never an OTC—Over the counter drug.

Indiscriminate use of ciprofloxacin is genesis of microbial resistance. Some people are complaining that it doesn't work again for them.😱

Dear pharmily, stop using ciprofloxacin anyhow. Stop abusing and misusing it. You can't treat every infection with ciprofloxacin.

Before you take ciprofloxacin, ask your physician or pharmacist. Stop causing more pr0blems to yourself.

Lack of exercise may be the reason you are falling sick always

Many people live a sedentary lifestyle and this in turns affect the way their body works.

Lack of exercise can affect how your immune system fight off infections

It can affect how your system digest foods.
It can affect the metabolic processes in your body.

Of course, it can also affect how your heart pumps blood.
Not moving your body at all can do you more harm than good.😏

Listen, you must not run or jog. Walking around your compound can keep you healthy.

Most persons can't even take a small walk nowadays. They will always use their vehicle everywhere they go.😂

Am not against you going out with your vehicle, but if the place you are going is trek able, kindly trek so that your nerves and bones could be stretched.

When you trek, your bl00d circulate well and this will make your heart to function properly.

You will see this kind of drvg mixing mainly at patent dealer's shop or roadside drvg sellers.

Many of them will mix different kinds of medications to impress you and for you to return next time.😅

Listen up,

Plenty medications are not always advisable because, this is a genesis of adverse drvg reactions and other drvgs related problems.

Before you attack me, read this😂

When too many drugs are taken together, there are evidence of drug-drug interactions which might be positive or negative.

Now, when these medications are given by those who aren't professionals, the act might triggers adverse drvg effect.

Do you know that when you take different medications from the same class, it can make most of them not yo work? 🤔

Dear pharmily, before you take too many medications together, kindly ask your Pharmacist for proper guidance.

I have said this before and I want to say it again. Listen up, not every Miscarriage is caused by w1tch crafts or your neighbors.

Many of them are as a result of Rhesus fact0r incompatibility.

Most of you are ignorant of Rhesus fact0r incompatibility and this has done more harm to many homes.

Dear Achalugo, before you get married to your odogwu, both of you are supposed to know your Rhesus fact0r.

If your Rhesus factor is negative and that of your odogwu is positive, kindly seek a professional advise before getting married.

Most ladies will say that— with God all things are p0ssible. I am aware of this as a believer.

I am not against your faith as well, but do the ones you can and leave the rest for God to handle.

Rhesus factor incompatibility —Men, imagine your wife keeps having miscarriages — not because of witchcraft, stress, or fate — but because neither of you knew your Rhesus status.

Painful, right? Yet this is preventable.

So, what is Rhesus factor?
Rhesus factor is a protein on red blood cells.
We all belong to one blood group: A, B, AB, or O.

Each group is either:
Positive (+) meaning presence of Rhesus factor.
Negative (−) meaning absence of Rhesus factor.

Most of the time, it causes no problem. But Pregnancy is where it matters.

This has destr0yed many marriages and still destr0ying more due to lack of knowledge.😔
