A good way to maintain your health as an SC warrior is to regularly check your current PVC and Mp wider ( malaria ) test.

Always check for these and if your PVC drops please do well to replenish lost one and if you detect malaria kindly visit the hospital for some prescription and never walk over the counter to get drugs.

Do you know that sleep 😴 is an important factor to maintaining a good health especially to SC warriors, always find time to sleep at least 4 hours to make your immune system function well.

Upon a time an experiment was carried with a SC child, he stayed for two good days without sleeping 😴 and guess what ❓

On the third day his crisis started and it was all over the joints.

Never underestimate the power of sleep 😴 very important

Weather nowadays seems to be hot, always replenish lost liquid.. Drink some water always and if possible take along with you!
