You have headaches. You blame the sun.
Your heart races. You think it’s just caffeine.
See a doctor it’s all I’d tell you . Cause it clearly not normal most times .
Join me with some warm up excise to keep the blood flowing .

They told you to hustle hard.
To sleep when you’re dead.
To “man up” and grind.
But no one talks about the burnout, the ulcers, the silent heart attacks.
I’ve been there , and tell you not just as a doctor but one who knows what pain feels like and doesn’t want someone else to go down that road , Rest isn’t weakness , Rest is wisdom .
The work will always continue , the proceed from the grind another person will eat it or if you are alive you will use that and also borrow to treat yourself.
Forget that statement I made in this video , a patient smile is not what I need , it’s rest ..
let’s not lie to ourselves .
