A few days ago, I was invited by the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) to speak on "tips for stress management in the workplace".You wouldn't want to know the question I asked them here that cracked them up this much..😁😁.

It was indeed a lovely evening. 🥰🥰🤝. I'm your doctor and always available for anything "health, wholesome women and financial gist.

Beloved parents.. Please try and be a good example to your kids. I know many of you are doing a great job already.. Kudos and don't relent. Anytime I look at some teenagers or youths, be it offline or online, I always see great potentials, that would have carved a beautiful niche for themselves, if only there was a great parental GUIDANCE and PRESENCE. The level of disrespect now from these youths to their elders is just quite alarming and disturbing. Remember, GOOD CHARACTER AND HUMILITY will take you where your first class certificates will never take you. Be warned.. Be wise. As always . 🥰
