🤲Do This Tonight,
📌Don’t eat late night food
📌Don't sleep late. 10pm you're already asleep.
📌Dinner should be eating around 7-7:30pm above that eat fruits. Late night meal causes indigestion and heart burns.
📌Avoid drinking alcohol, It has No health benefits !
📌Avoid smoking.
📌Medicine shouldn't be taken with ice cold water.
📌Avoid putting medicine in your eba/fufu and swallow.
📌Always cuddle your partner, If you're single marry your pillow.
📌Sleep naked.
📌Don't sleep with your fellow man's wife.
📌Guys, avoid spending a night at a ladies house.
📌Don't move your generator immediately after being off !
📌Say a prayer with your family and loved ones before bed time.
📌Don't sleep naked on a tile ground.
📌Avoid eating junks every night.
📌If you feel any pains I.e joint pain. cut onions or garlic into two. Put inside a piece of cloth and wrap around your joint.
📌Don't sleep with candle light ON!
📌Again, Off all electronic before bedtime.
