One of the major reasons you might keep having recurrences of that infection could be related to how you take care of your underwear. Fine girl, how often do you wash your underwear?

I am not against you taking your minerals, beer, and all that is worth taking; however, have you researched and checked the sugar content of those consumables?

I used to consume many minerals; anyone who knows me very well, especially my family and friends back then in PH, will testify to this. But what changed?

I started noticing a lot: I can't sleep well, I always feel bloated and heavy, and I have so many other health challenges that I can't mention here. However, when I stopped, I began seeing changes. I feel so light, and I sleep so well now—more than ever.

*My ordeal with a patient this morning:*

*Patient:* Madam, good morning. I have been treating for malaria and typhoid for two weeks now, and it keeps coming back despite all the drugs and injections I have taken.

*Me:*Madam, who told you that what is wrong with you is malaria and typhoid?

*Patient:* I used to have headaches, colds, and fever, so it can’t be anything else aside from malaria. That nurse at Ugwuaji told me it is malaria and typhoid.

*Me:* So why hasn't it stopped after the treatment?

*Patient:*I don't know, that's why I said let me come and run tests.

*Me:* No problem; let's get to work then. After the tests: malaria: negative, Widal: negative, PCV: 25%, pregnancy test: positive, BP: 220/85.

*Me to my patient:* Have you seen that your problem is neither malaria nor typhoid, but the signs and symptoms you claimed had nothing to do with what the problem actually is?

*Patient:*😔😔😔😔😳😳😳 Thank you, nurse.

*Me:*You are welcome.
