Causes of Mental Stress

1. Work or school pressure (deadlines, exams, performance)

2. Financial problems

3. Relationship issues (family, friends, or romantic)

4. Loss or grief

5. Health problems

6. Major life changes (moving, marriage, childbirth, etc.)

7. Too many responsibilities or lack of rest

Physical Signs of mental stress
