Pursuant to our culture of continuous learning, our competency development training program (CDTP) comprising of learning and development training projects (LDTP), and apprenticeship training projects (ATP); otherwise known as Systemtronix Apprenticeship Scheme (SAS), which are delivered by our training service brand and trademark that is named as Systemtronix Learning Centre (SLC) have been training and developing highly competent project people resources, business people resources, intellectual resources, management resources, IT professionals, constructors, highly skilled tradesmen, specialised skilled workers, artisans and craftsmen for the outstanding training projects results we have obtained, which are manifested in eliminating project failures and business failures, enhancing human capital development, eliminating environmental degradation and ecological hazards to promote biodiversity, reducing carbon (iv) oxide emission to combat climate change, reducing rising costs and wastes, increasing profits, growing market share, increasing revenue, promoting credibility and transparency, achieving construction success, IT success, business success, and project success with excellent approaches and strategies that have earned Systemtronix Solutions Limited® the title of SUSTAINABILITY PROMOTER.

Our CSR strategies and framework are fully reflected in most of our community service projects (CSP), plus our learning and development training projects (LDTP); whereby we have been reaching out to this special category of underrepresented people such as people with exceptional talents, economically disadvantaged people, and physically challenged people of all ages within various societies and communities that have been assessed not to have the wherewithal, or being troubled by other circumstantial motives for not embarking on further education in higher institutions of learning, professional certification training programs, and other vocational training courses, which are required to facilitate their engagement in meaningful employment by employers or becoming self-employed to participate in our up-skilling and re-skilling of people competencies in our competency development training program (CDTP) for free of all training costs or at a highly discounted training costs depending on individual circumstances in order to become self-employed in highly skilled gainful trade skills as their business ventures, or to become employed as full-time employees by successful business enterprises or companies, and project leaders or contractors and subcontractors rather than undergoing through emotional trauma and depression that could possibly lead them into making the wrongful choice of engaging in crimes; especially the violent crimes, and youths restiveness.
