Can Wi-Fi Affect Fertility? What You Should Know
With Wi-Fi all around us — at home, work, and even in public spaces — it’s natural to wonder if constant exposure to wireless signals could affect our health or fertility.
Wi-Fi devices, such as routers and mobile phones, produce microwave radiation, a form of non-ionizing radiation. Some studies suggest that prolonged exposure to this kind of radiation may have potential health effects, including possible links to reproductive health and fertility.

• Avoid keeping routers close to where you sit, sleep, or spend long periods.
• Turn off Wi-Fi when it’s not needed — for example, at night or when you’re away from home.
These small adjustments can help reduce your exposure without disrupting your everyday comfort or connectivity.
