The Honourable commissioner Ministry of Health Gombe state Dr. Habu Dahiru received the SASCP National coordinator Dr Bashorun who is on advocacy and sensitization visit to Gombe state.
The meeting provided opportunity for WHO, SFH, Institute of human virology, JHPIEGO to review progress made in the implementation of the triple elimination strategy in HIV, Hepatitis- C and STDs. We also discussed program on Harm reduction and implementation of Medically Assisted Treatment ( MAT) of opioid abuse/dependants communities in Gombe state.
