HEALTHY LETTER 011
It's not every time that you should be taking biscuits, soft drinks, sweets, noodles, puff puff, doughnuts, ice cream, pizza, name it, all those sweet sweet things that your taste buds usually crave.
On some days, you need to allow these things to rest in fact if you can reduce your intake to the barest minimum that will be most beneficial to you.
You see, some of these junk foods can be contributors to poor oral health, high cholesterol, liver and kidney damage, weak bones, and obesity which may also lead to diabetes.
That's why you are being reminded today to snack healthily. Will you do so, bestie?
