On some days, you need to allow these things to rest in fact if you can reduce your intake to the barest minimum that will be most beneficial to you.

You see, some of these junk foods can be contributors to poor oral health, high cholesterol, liver and kidney damage, weak bones, and obesity which may also lead to diabetes.

Of course, you might have been doing this before but I want you to be intentional about it today.

It is because good music over time has been shown to have a powerful influence on human beings.

Apart from just enjoying the beats, lyrics and rhythms, good music also elevates your mood.

Music can take you to realms where you just look back at how far you've come this year and you just begin to appreciate God.

All the ups and downs you've been through this year will then soon become a thing of the past because you'll just see yourself being happy from within.
