21/12/2017

I found this this morning and I felt I should share it with you.
If you won't love to the end, you should rather not love at all.
John 13:1 says "having loved his own which were in the world, HE LOVED THEM UNTO THE END"

Reflection.
Jesus loved his own who were in the world; this suggests to me that there were times they behaved worldly, there were times they seem not to understand the direction he was going, there were times they betrayed him, they made him angry times without number. Yet, he loved them unto the end. He didn't because of their misbehavior or betrayer stop loving them...he loved them still even unto the end.

You know what love is? Of course I know you do. But let me remind you again as I was reminded this morning.

1Corinthians 13:4-7
Love is kind - you must be ready to be kind unto the end
Love seeketh not her own - this also you must do unto the end
Love beareth all things - we must receive grace to do this also unto the end
Love believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things - not just for a moment but unto the end

If these are our definition of love according to God's word, startup love is nothing until it is proved at the end.
Jesus loved unto the end...you must love unto the end.
Brace up and see your fiance or fiancee as the your love unto the end.
Times will challenge this reality, seasons will test and may want to tear apart, but we must beg God for such grace to love unto the end.
Why?
If we don't love unto the end, we have not loved at all.
Tell your spouse, fiance or fiancee that I will love you until the end come what may.
There is power in declaration. Don't give up on that relationship. Don't throw in the towel... God is saying you must love unto the end.

Your beloved,
Gbenga Ige

*THOU HAST NOTHING*
*JOHN 4:11*
*“The woman saith unto him, Sir, thou hast nothing
to draw with, and the well is deep: from whence
then hast thou that living water?”*
We live today in a world where life is evaluated by
the sum total of what you have. Possession and
profession has become the yard stick upon which
men are evaluated.
Little wonder why everybody is on the chase…
chasing after ‘nothing.’ They gathered money and
yet died of cancer when they should have enjoyed
their health and be who God wanted them to be.
Great human resources have been lost because they
look like nothing.
Can we have a paradigm and make the nation a
better place?
*The woman looked at Jesus, saw His dirty and
dusty legs, and saw how hungry He was, and then
concluded that He was a man with nothing; a man
who has nothing to offer.*
We’ve several times adjudged men by how they look
and what they have not, not knowing that great
treasures lies inside the shabby appearances we
see.
Goliath, that great warrior looked at David and the
scripture said, *“He disdained him (David): for he
was but a youth, and ruddy, and of a fair
countenance.”*
He looked upon David as a man with nothing – no
skills, no stature, no weapon save a staff and five
stones—he cursed David.
*Men are not great by what they have but by who
they are.*
Peter understood this when he told the man at the
beautiful gate, “Silver and gold have I not, but
such as I have” –Peter knew he had something afar
more than gold and silver.
True prosperity is not in the accumulation of
profane and mundane things but in your covenant
walk with God.
Joseph was a slave without physical possession, yet
the house of Portiphar prospered for his sake; he
was a prisoner, yet solution to others.
Can we have a change of focus?
Can we stop evaluating men by what they wear or
what they have because *great treasures lies in
this earthen vessels, that the excellency of the
power may be of God, and not of us.*
See what the scripture says:
*Proverbs 22:1, 4*
*“A good name is rather to be chosen than great
riches, and loving favour rather than silver and
gold. By humility and the fear of the Lord are
riches, and honour, and life.*
*The expression of inward graces is what makes a
man, and not the outward demonstration of
resources.*
*By humility, and the fear of the Lord (inward
graces) are riches, and honour, and life.*
Integrity cost millions of $, same with sincerity,
honesty and what have you.
Let’s start to evaluate well, however, we must
think well before we can evaluate well.
WE NEED A PARADIGM SHIFT OF THE MIND.

Until next time, remain blessed.

vision.
Dans la profession, vous poursuivre ces choses ;
mais dans
la vision, ces choses vous poursuivent.
Extrait de l'INTUITION DE VISION SUR HABACUC
Habacuc 2:2-3
2. "Je me suis fixé"
6. L'écriture était importante pour Dieu que
lorsque la
tablette sur laquelle les Dix Commandements ont
été
écrits cassé, Dieu n'a pas permis l'
Isrealite à utiliser les morceaux cassés. Il a appelé
Moïse
pour une nouvelle tablette sur laquelle les
commandements
ont été ré-écrit. Vous ne pouvez pas se permettre
d'avoir une
vision.

THE POWER OF VISION. PART TWO

“Vision is like an ocean, you either swim through or
get drown”

Titus 1:5
For this cause left I thee in Crete, that thou
shouldest set in order the things that are wanting,
and ordain elders in every city, as I had ordained
thee

You are left for a cause, you are here for a
reason far higher than that of your profession.

Your reason for existence is not just to walk
through the path of your chosen career. There is
seemingly nothing you aspire to achieve in your
profession that has not been achieved before.
Several people have passed through the same path
of profession and they are gone, never to be
remembered again. Nobody is remembered for his/her exploit in his/her profession. Posterity is in the
exploits made in line with your vision. Profession is
not bad, but your life should not end pursuing
profession. All that you are pursuing in your
profession are embedded within the shell of your vision.
In profession, you pursue those things; but in
vision, those things pursue you.

EXCERPT FROM HABAKKUK’S INSIGHT ON VISION

Habakkuk 2:2-3

And the Lord answered me, and said, write the
vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may
readeth it. For the vision is yet for an appointed
time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie:
though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely
come, it will not tarry.

1. “And the Lord ANSWERED”

Vision is God given answer to the challenges and
problems of men. Your vision is ordained of God to
bring solution to the problems of men. Joseph's
vision was the answer to the impending famine in
Egypt, Moses's vision was an answer to the cry and
affliction of the children of Isreal. Failure of a
vision connotes destruction of a people. Imagine if
Jesus failed His vision.

2. “I will SET MYSELF”

Vision requires a set apart—vision calls for
consecrations. A man of vision is never a
man of all things, they set boundaries for
themselves.

3. “At the END IT SHALL SPEAK”

Vision speaks best at its end. The term ‘end’ varies
from vision to vision. However, since your vision is
ordained of God, it should not end with you.
Therefore, your vision is likely to speak best after
you have pass over the baton.

4. “Though it tarry, WAIT FOR IT”

One of the few things we are permitted to wait
for is vision. You must wait for it. Why? Every
other thing find its place in the vision.

5. “And not LIE”

Genuine vision will always produce the right result.
It will never lie. It will always bear fruit of
righteousness in line with what God has ordained it
for. Lion doesn’t give birth to goat

6. “And the Lord answered me, AND SAID”

Vision is God given and never to be chosen by men.
It’s never a career that you choose, it’s a call that
you answer. God is only committed to what He says
and not what you choose.

7. “For an APPOINTED TIME”

Vision is time bound the same way every product
has expiry date. Your vision is for a set time. Avoid
the temptation of setting out too early and the
danger of setting out too late.

8. “That he may RUN that readeth it”
True vision naturally set people in motion. It
provokes people’s commitment and dedication. The
number one way God uses to give men to support
you is through the genuineness of your vision.
Other ways are through your exploits in your vision
and your service to higher anointing.

9. “That he may RUN that readeth it”

A correct vision is transgenerational. It keeps
people moving even when the visionaire has stopped
moving (death)

10. “make it PLAIN”

Vision is at best in its simplicity. Vision ambiguity
kills

11. “UPON TABLES”

Vision is accessible—you don’t put it under tables.
It must be open for those interested.
Vision should not be hidden. Everyone involved at
House of Faith knows our vision, it is our second
name.

12. “WRITE the vision”

Vision must be written. Documentation is the
hallmark of every vision that speaks. Vision not
written is a failed vision.

WHY YOU MUST WRITE

1. "WRITE” – As I look at this combined alphabets,
the word WRITE is never an admonition, it was a
command. Permit me to say that this is where the
success of your vision begins; obeying the command
of God as touching vision. “WRITE”

2. To write is a sign of trust and confidence in
what God has said concerning you.

3. Nobody write without writing materials and
writing materials are not free, they come with a
price. Therefore, to write is a price you must pay
for your vision.

4. “that he may run that READeth it”—Only that
which is writing can be read and only that which is
read can inform the mind.

5. To write means adding your voice to that which
the Lord has said as touching your vision.

6. Writing was important to God that when the
tablet upon which the Ten Commandments were
written got broken, God did not permit the
Isrealite to use the broken pieces. He called Moses
for a new tablet upon which the commandments
were re-written. You cannot afford to have a
disjointed vision.

7. Your vision is a great examination that you must write. How you write it determines what you get out of it.

8. God’s Words are spirit infused letters. There is tremendous power in the letters of your vision when written. It gives you energy and confidence when the going get tougher.

9. Writing enables reading, reading produces understanding, understanding engenders innovations, innovations provoke dedication and dedication birth excellence.

10. The scripture would have lost relevance if not written. Every transgenerational vision conceived
must be written to stand the test of time.

A popular proverb says, ‘If you want to hide
anything from an African man, put it in writing.’
Why? African men are perceived to be lazy at
reading; however, their laziness at reading is a
progeny of their laziness at writing.

EVERY READER; WRITES AND EVERY WRITER; READS

Until next time, remain blessed.

THE POWER OF VISION. PART ONE
“HOW FAR YOU CAN SEE DETERMINES HOW LONG YOU ARE LIKELY TO LIVE”

Genesis 37:5, 19
And Joseph dreamed a dream, and he told it his brethren: and they hated him yet the more. And they said one to another, Behold, THIS DREAMER COMETH.

Vision is the power of life…it speaks louder in you than your voice. Joseph had a vision; his vision was true enough for him to share with not only his brothers but also his father. When men see you, do they see your vision clearly written and visible? For Joseph, they said; SEE THE DREAMER HAS COME! What have you been dreaming? What has men been saying each time they see you?

Your vision speaks in your absence; it gives you identity amidst the crowd and within visionaries. Your vision is unique; it speaks volume about you even in your absence. If people must gossip, it must be on the subject of your vision. YOUR VISION IS THE SUMMARY OF YOUR LIFE AND EXISTENCE. We are born whether in wedlock or out of wedlock to fulfill vision. Your vision may come in the similitude of what has been before but it is completely unique to you.

They saw Joseph, but it was his vision that was speaking. The aberration I’ve seen in my generation is that men are called after their profession; what they are taught to do and not after their vision; that which they are born to do. Vision is an in-motion force; it set his carrier naturally in motion. Vision is what preserves men because men of vision don’t die. They live even after death.

The angel told Joseph; that which Mary your wife carries is holy. No matter how insignificant your vision seems to be in your eyes, it is holy unto God and can provoke God’s intervention.

Money doesn’t make vision but genuine vision is infused with true and enduring riches.
Don’t die doing what you are taught to do, arise and take up that which you are born to do!
God once told me; “STAY AT YOUR POST. KEEP WATCH.” You may not have all the money, but when you are in your post, you are a threat. Mordecai, though a Gate man became a threat to Haman; the second in command. Even when Mordecai had opportunity to move into the palace and become the King’s P.A, he chose to stay at the gate…that is his place of relevance and fulfillment.

Never undermine the power of your vision. However, power is never released until a force is applied. A motionless vision is as good as a toothless dog.
There is power in that little pot of oil that you carry only if you can see beyond your horizon.
God sees every man in the light of his vision. Men must also see you in the light of your vision and not profession. Embrace your calling and break up the status-quo

Until next time, remain blessed.

CHARACTER RECIPE

Psalm 138:2
“He has lifted His Word above His Name”

This is one truth we must accept in our days, in these days of technology lies; that your name does not make your words great, rather your words is what makes your name great. What wisdom to learn from our God in that He lifted His Word more than His Name.

Your commitment to your words determines the value your name carries. We have today both in the world and even in the body of Christ too many talkers but few doers. Your name is one of the greatest asset you have, however, the value and the potency of that name is premised on the quality of your words; both in speaking and doing.

GENESIS 18:5b
“…Do as you have said”

Abraham seeing God passing by his house out of excitement and love offered to prepare food to refresh them in their way… but God’s response to his offer was for him to do as he has said. In other words, it is forbidden for Abraham to do below that which he had said. Abraham should not come back and said; oh, I’m sorry, I thought we have meat at home but it is fish that I found…he must do as he has said.

Many have made several promises and commitments out of excitement only for them to discover that they have not what it takes to fulfill their words. Some out of love and genuine passion had made promises only for them to deliver below; their manifestation was far below their promises.
Jesus admonished us as Christians that we should live a life of truthfulness by saying; ‘Let your yea be yea and let your nay be nay’

In the words of Kenneth Copeland, he said; Jesus’ Name is great and powerful because His Words are great and powerful. When you consider a person’s word, you think of his integrity: Will he do what he says? Will he fulfill his promise? Will he pay the school fees? Will he come as promised?
A person’s name is judged whether good or bad by whether or not he keeps his word.

Before now, politicians were known with this character diarrhea: they promise heaven on earth in order to be voted for only to get there and turn their back on their words but this days, it’s so pathetic that Christians – spirit filled believers has degraded into this epidemic…when they speak, it is better assumed as nothing – no iota of integrity committed to their words.

You hear children telling their father; ‘Daddy, you are lying’ – the man has lost integrity because of many failed promises. Oh, what a sickness!

Your name cannot go far more than your words –in actual fact, your name is summed up in words.

Jesus said, ‘The Words that is gone out of my mouth will not return empty or void’ Why? He is committed to bringing whatever He says to pass; His integrity to His Word is unparallel. He is forever committed to the timely ex*****on of His Word; little wonder His Name commands such great power and authority.

We can be a better Christian, have a better home and a prosperous Nation only if we are committed to our words; if we can deal with the ‘AFRICAN TIME SYNDROME’ that has ravaged our value system, corrupted our sense of commitment and weakens our integrity mindset.

Let our politicians know that integrity to their words is the sure path to an enduring name…

Let our pastors know that full commitment to their words is a power base for their messages…

Let parents know that the path to honor is in strict adherence to words spoken come what may…

Let all know that posterity is only for doers and not for speakers…

SO THEREFORE,
Don’t make commitment you won’t be able to uphold…
Don’t make promises you won’t be able to fulfill…
Fools are not only those who say what they won’t do, they are also those who say what they didn’t do…
Let’s rid our Nation of talking fools…
BUT
THE CHANGE BEGINS WITH YOU!

The prosperity of fools destroys them…
THEREFORE,
BE QUICK TO LISTEN BUT SLOW TO SPEAK.

Until next time, remain blessed.

This is an online publication of the House of Faith that focuses on the power of God working through the faith of men. This publication focuses on three kingdom pillars viz; Faith, Healing and Prosperity. It is our prayer that the soul of men be blessed through these publications.

ALL THAT YOU NEED FOR YOUR HEALING. PART FOUR
THE POWER OF GOD’S WORD

Our last publication established that nothing heals more than the Word of God. If God created men by the Word, the Word then has all it takes to heal whatever sickness; be it curable or incurable.

However, in the heart of many Christian lies great doubt towards the Word. They hear the Word and even read it, yet you hear them say things like, “God can do that but not for me”—they challenge the authenticity of God’s Word. I must submit here that this is the devils way of stealing ones victory. One thing that I’ve found to be true is the power in God’s Word—it never fails come what may!
Recently, I was confronted with a serious situation that nearly took my confidence away. I got to a point in my life that the work I do demanded that I travel both day and night, I’ve heard a lot about night even from preachers; how that the devil controls the night, harmed robbers attacks and so on. Yes, I know these facts exist but they are nothing but facts; they are not the truth and the truth will always prevail over facts any day and any time. However, I needed to locate the truth from the Word. In my quest, God gave me these three Word which I believe will bless someone reading…

Psalm 74:16
The day is Yours (God), the night also is Yours (God) (Italics mine)

Wow! This revelation blew my mind. So devil does not owns the night, the night does not belong to witches and wizards or to harmed robbers, it belongs to GOD. If God created the day and the night, how then would He share a portion of it with the devil?

EXODUS 13:21-22(MESSAGE)
“…so that they can travel both day and night”

This Word was too specific and so direct, speaking to my situation. It opens me up to new level of confidence…to travel whenever I like either day or night.

To destroy the grip of fear completely, God took me to Jeremiah 31.

Jeremiah 31:37
This is what the LORD says: “If the skies could be measured with a yardstick and the earth explored to its foundation, then and only then would I turn my back on Israel”-----and I heard God say this is the revelation of IMMANUEL (God with us)
I’ve built my life on these Words and it will never fail to deliver. I move around anytime not fearing whatever because I have heard God. Beloved, the Word should not be your last option but your first option because nothing works outside the Word. I believe God’s Word with all that I’ve got…not just a mental ascent but a deep seated conviction that He can never lie. His Word is so real to me…

Someone may ask: What gives you this kind of assurance?
Let me take you through a short journey, sharing with you some of my treasured Word that proves God’s commitment to His Word. While I paraphrase some, you will do yourself good by going through them.

Zechariah 1:5-6 “No matter what you’re passing through, God’s Word will surely overtake it”

Psalm 89:34 “No matter what, God will never utter that which He has spoken. If He has ever told you anything, hold on to it. His Words stands forever.”

Hebrews 2:1 "If the word spoken by angels were steadfast, how much more the Word spoken by The SON”

Acts 27:25 " I believe God that it shall be even as it was told me”

Romans 3:4 "Let God be true, and all men liar"

John 6:63 "The weird that i speak unto you, they are spirit and life---spirit don’t die, likewise, life never becomes death. Therefore, God’s Word can never die; time and age notwithstanding…it is forever settled in heaven.

Genesis 21:1 "and God did unto Sarah as He has spoken"

I don't know that which the Lord as told you whether in your secret place or through the mouth of His messenger...only if you can hold on to it...He will surely make good of His words

Isaiah 34:16
"God's Word will never fail to deliver"

Matthew 24:35, Mark 13:31, Luke 21:33

"Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away"

It amazes me seeing Matthew, Mark and Luke recorded the same word in the same line concerning the Word of God. These and many others are the foundations upon which my faith in the Word is built. The Word of God can never fail!!! It is the only sure way to victory.

Psalm 12:6 "The words of the Lord are pure words"
You hear that! God's words are pure, it's certain and enduring...

HOW THEN DOES THE WORD WORK?
If the Word brings solution to any situation, then I must know how it works. Permit me to say that the Word of God has its modus operandi. It doesn’t work anyhow, the same way it cannot be got anyhow. However, I’m not attempting to say all about the workings of God’s Word.

Psalm 105:19
Until the time that his word came: the word of the Lord tried him (KJV)

Until what he had said came to pass, the word of the Lord tested him (ESV)

Till what he foretold came to pass, till the word of the Lord proved him true (NIV)

Until his word [to his cruel brothers] came true, until the word of the Lord tried and tested him (AMP)

If wishes are true, beggars will ride horses they say… Several folks confess the Word but only few stand the trying of the Word. They seek alternatives; claiming to help God. The Word that will work for you must first try you and not until you pass the trial, you are not entitled to the blessing it carries. The Word is likened to fire that refines…before the Word ever delivers; it will put you under test to measure your level of faith and conviction.
David has this to say concerning the trying nature of God’s Word

Psalm 66:12
Thou hast caused men to ride over our heads; we went through fire and through water: but thou broughtest us out into a wealthy place (KJV)
You let men ride over our heads; we went through fire and through water, but you brought us to a place of abundance (ESV)

Joseph was ordained a prime minister, yet he went through several ordeals…that is the Word trying him but he kept his eyes on the vision until its fulfillment.

David was anointed king over Israel yet he fought several battles even with his own son before he ever became king.

Abraham was to be father of many nations, yet the Word tried him for several years.

God’s Word is not magical, it doesn’t work anyhow, it surely tests your true nature before it delivers. Hebrews 4:2 says, “The Word did not profit them not finding faith in them” (Paraphrase)
You will need to cleave to the Word even when your situation contradicts the Word knowing that faithful is He that has spoken. Enough of finding cheap ways; stand and stay focused on the Word, it has never fail and it won’t start with you.

Until next time, remain blessed.
