Menstruation is an important event for all women in their reproductive age. It starts in most girls around 12 – 14 years of age and continues till around age 45 – 50. Though this periodic discharge involves loss of precious blood yet it is a very important event looked forward to by every woman in the reproductive age bracket.
In my over 4 years work experience in a clinical laboratory, I discovered that menstruation issues affect/concern ladies almost more than any other issues. They are always ready to spend whatever it will cost them to resolve menstrual issues.
But many ladies know nest to nothing about menstruation other than that it being the loss /discharge of blood every month. Having a considerable knowledge of this God given blessing – menstruation, will do all ladies unquantifiable good. Get the basic knowledge of:
