Let me give you a typical scenario of how your blood pressure rises.... Keep reading!
Our heart is like a pumping machine.... remember that the heart pumps blood to and fro the body through the different blood vessels namely Arteries, Veins and Capillaries all of which are similar to the different pipes that carries water from the pump to various part of the house..Just imagine what happens if any of these pipes is blocked,the resultant effect is that the pumping will start working by force and that's why you will hear strange noise from your pumping machine.In the vein,when fats blocks any of your blood vessels,the heart have to use extra pressure to pump which results in a rise in your blood pressure!
