Gentlemen,
I'm here to talk to you about the Prostate. The subject is a bit confusing. Is the prostate strictly for men? Yes, only men have a prostate and only men over 40, but awareness raising on prevention is for everyone. There is no woman who does not know a man of 40 years and over, father, uncle, brother, son, friend, neighbor, colleague ...
What I'm going to do today is health promotion. Responsible health promotion must do three things:

1. Information
2.insurance
3. An action plan.

Let me start with an overview of prostate health.

Everyone has a pair of kidneys. The kidney's job is to remove waste. It is the road network (waste management company) of your body. Every day, your blood passes through the kidney several times to be filtered. When blood is filtered, urine is formed and stored in a temporary storage tank called a bladder.

If there was no urinary bladder, while a man was walking on the road, urine would fall continuously.

Now think about the plumbing job in your home. Think of the bladder as an overhead storage tank. From the storage tank, a good plumber will route the pipes to other parts of the house, including the kitchen. God in His wisdom put pipes from our bladder to the tip of the p***s. The pipe is called the urethra. Just below the bladder and surrounding the urethra is a small organ called the PROSTATE.

The prostate is the size of a walnut and weighs about 20 grams. Its job is to make the seminal fluid that is stored in the seminal vesicle. During in*******se, seminal fluid travels down the urethra and mixes with the s***m produced in the te**es to form semen. So semen is not technically semen. It is semen + seminal fluid. Seminal fluid lubricates the semen.

After 40 years, for hormonal reasons, the prostate gland begins to grow. From 20 grams, it can reach almost 100 grams. As it gets bigger, it squeezes the urethra and the man begins to notice changes in the way he urinates.

If you have a son under 10, if he has a little mischief like we all did at that age, when he comes out to urinate he can target the ceiling and the jet will hit the target. Call his father to do the same. Her urine stream is weak, cannot travel a long distance, and can sometimes come directly to her legs. So he may need to get into an awkward position to urinate.

Few men worry that their urine stream cannot reach the ceiling. The toilets are on the floor and not on the ceiling. But other symptoms are starting to appear.

LAST SLOWING

As all of these things happen, the bladder begins to work harder to compensate for the obstruction in the urethra. The frequency of urination increases. The emergency sets in. Sometimes you have to practically run into the toilet. Nocturia is also becoming common. You wake up more than twice a night to urinate. Your wife starts to complain.

Men being men may not speak to anyone even at this stage. Then the more serious complications begin.

The stored urine becomes infected and there may be a burning sensation when urinating.

Stored urine forms crystals. The crystals come together to form stone in the bladder or in the kidney. The stones can block the urethra.

Chronic urinary retention sets in. The bladder stores more and more urine. The size of the bladder is 40 to 60cl. A bottle of cola is 50cl. As the bladder stores more urine, it can grow up to 300 cl. An overfilled bladder can leak and lead to urinary / wetting incontinence. In addition, the bulk can put pressure on the kidney and lead to kidney damage.

What can possibly bring the man to hospital is acute urinary retention. He wakes up one day and he cannot urinate.

Everything I described above is associated with prostate enlargement, technically called benign prostatic hyperplasia.

NUTRITION
Watch what you eat. 33% of all cancers, according to the US National Cancer Institute, are linked to what we eat.
Red meat every day triples your chances of prostate disease. Daily milk doubles your risk. Not taking fruits / vegetables every day quadruples your risk.

Tomatoes are very good for men. If that's the only thing your wife can present in the evening, eat it with joy. It has loads of lycopene. Lycopene is the most powerful natural antioxidant.
Foods rich in zinc are also good for men. We recommend pumpkin seeds
Zinc is the most essential building block for male s*xuality and fertility.

Men need more zinc than women. Every time a man ej******es, he loses 15 mg of zinc. Zinc is also important for the metabolism of alcohol. Your liver needs zinc to metabolize alcohol.

ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION

Men should avoid tight underwear. It affects the circulation around the groin and warms it up a bit. While the physiological temperature is 37 degrees, the groin has an optimum temperature of around 33 degrees. Pant is a no-no for men. Wear boxers. Wear breathable clothing.

SMOKERS
Avoid smoking. It affects blood vessels and impact circulation around the crotch.

S*X
Regular s*x is good for the prostate.

Singles are more prone to prostate disease. While celibacy is a moral decision, it is not a biological adaptation. Your prostate is designed to empty its contents regularly.

Get ur Bara, cut into smaller pieces soak for 48hrs inside gin before

Here is how to increase fertility in women with black seed:
